Among all those that will register on the website www.goldenfoot.com to participate to the 2009 Golden Foot voting, will be draw one person that will win a trip to Monte Carlo to assist to the prize giving ceremony. Are included the travel expenses for and from Monte Carlo, one hotel night and the gala dinner.

To participate to the extraction it will be necessary to register during the period between the 25 May and the 25 September 2009, day when will be draw the winner. The winner will be informed by e-mail, and will be called after 2 days, by registering you must grant to provide the right personal information to the website, goldenfoot.com and its promoters will not in any case be responsible for any mistake in the information provided by the customers.
If after 3 days from the e-mail, the winner will not be reached, there will be a new draw and the person who was extracted first will lose any rights.

If the winner will not show to have all the necessary requirements to benefit the trip (over 18, valid identity document, valid passport or any other impediment having directly reference to the winner), we’ll proceed with another draw. In any case the non utilization of the prize will not give right to a financial refund to the winner.

WCC decline any responsibility in case event independent from its will should make impossible the allocation of the prize (force majeure, natural calamity, etc.)
